Sleep and calm
Quiet an overactive mind and return to deeper rest.
A personal Ayurvedic wellness practice, guiding you back to balance through treatments, consultations and rituals shaped around the way you actually live today.
Book on WhatsAppAncient wisdom
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of wellbeing from India. Its name simply means “the wisdom of life.” It looks at you as a whole person: your body, mind, daily rhythms, what you eat, how you sleep, the season you're in.
Rather than treating one symptom in isolation, Ayurveda gently looks for the underlying imbalance, and offers small, beautiful shifts in food, lifestyle and ritual that bring you back to balance.

For modern life
Long hours, glowing screens, constant noise, rushed meals: modern life pulls us out of rhythm in ways our bodies were never built for. Ayurveda doesn't ask you to escape it. It offers small, doable practices that fit around your day: warmth where there's tension, calm where there's overwhelm, and a way back to your own natural pace.
Quiet an overactive mind and return to deeper rest.
Soften the held tension of modern life, gently and personally.
Support digestion, skin and energy through everyday rhythms.
Find a way of living that genuinely fits you, not a generic plan.
The three doshas
Ayurveda describes three body-mind types. Most of us are led by one. Knowing yours shows which treatments, foods and routines suit you best.

Women's wellbeing
Ayurveda has always held women's wellbeing close: cycles, hormones, energy, motherhood and the quieter shifts in mood and skin that come with each phase of life.
At Arogya Studio you'll find personalised care for cycle support, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and the daily stress that so many women carry quietly. Traditional rituals, warm oils and considered guidance, all held in a calm, private setting.

Your practitioner
Trained in classical Ayurveda and clinical nutrition, Priyanka brings a rare warmth and clinical depth to every consultation, translating ancient wisdom into care that feels personal, doable and beautifully held.
