Ayurvedic consultation in London, in person or online

An Ayurvedic consultation is a one-to-one appointment with Dr Priyanka Balachandar, an Ayurvedic doctor (BAMS) and clinical nutritionist, to assess your constitution and build a personal plan for diet, lifestyle and herbs. Consultations are open to everyone — women, men and teenagers — in person in Colindale or online by Zoom. An initial 60-minute consultation costs £110.

The assessment looks at your constitution (Prakriti) and your current state (Vikriti), with pulse, tongue and skin observation where appropriate. You leave with a plan you can actually follow.
